What is the same day shipping cut off?

Order through our website or by phone by 4:30pm CST for us to ship your order out the same day.

How can I get the lifetime warranty and when can it be purchased?

The lifetime warranty is $200 per Tool Eye and is assigned to the serial number of the unit at the time of purchase. The lifetime warranty covers the cost of repairs for the life of the Tool Eye. The lifetime warranty must be purchased at the same time you purchase your Tool Eye. The warranty cannot be added at a later date for a previous purchase. The lifetime warranty is tracked by serial number and cannot be applied to other Tool Eye units or previous purchases.

Why are your prices so much lower than the Omron OEM units?

We are a small family owned business with very minimal overhead. We do not pay to advertise in magazines or spend a lot of money to advertise on the internet. We assemble our units in house.

How quickly can I receive a new Tool Eye?

We have our models in stock and ready for immediate shipment, you can have them the next business day if ordered by 4pm CST and choose next day air. Since 1995 we have never run out of inventory.
