SAME DAY SHIPPING All models of our Tool Eye's are in stock for IMMEDIATE SHIPPING. All orders received before 3 pm CST will be processed and shipped that day. Please be specific on how you want your Tool Eye shipped, ie: UPS, Fed Ex, US Mail, or any other method. If next day, tell us if for early, or afternoon delivery. It is less expensive for afternoon delivery. All shipments will include proper insurance. If you wish to use your shipper number be aware we will add proper insurance to the shipment. Credit Card orders require the card holders name, security code (on the rear of the card), correct billing address, zip code and phone number. If you have a email address please include, the carrier will automatically email you a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number check your spam box, we always send one. We accept Credit Cards or we can open you a line of credit ONLY if your company purchases two units initially and pays within 30 days ! Please dont ask if you cannot pay within those terms, they are fair and not flexible. NO Pay Pal accepted.

Please include a note describing your problem, and a return address including a contact name. Warranty repairs will be returned within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends. Repairs out of Warranty will be inspected and you will be contacted immediately with a estimate of cost. We will not proceed with repairs until authorized with a proper payment.
