Our Sensors which are sometimes called Tool Eye, Tool Pre Setter, Tool Presetters or Tool Setter, There are different models for different machines, however the mounting flange and mounting bolt pattern come in only two variations. Our LS05 has a square mounting flange. The bolthole dimensions are .905 on centers and will fit machines such as the newer style Mazak and numerous others such as a Mori Seiki and others. Our SL04 fits most machines such as older Mazaks, Hyundai-Kia, Daewoo, and others. The mounting flange is round and the bolt patterns are .654 on centers. Both our sensors are compatible with tool sensor systems mounts from industry leaders such as: Daewoo, Mazak, Hyundai-Kia, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Miyano Machinery, Takisawa, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Yamazaki Mazak.
